These are definitely the worlds cutest felt penguins! They are the perfect size and look like little baby penguins. Each penguin comes with a pink hand knit hat and a matching heart on the penguin's belly. Knit hats are securely attached to penguin and there's a tiny white pop pom at the tip of the hat. Each Penguin has an attached loop. If you don't want the hang loop, just snip it off with a pair of scissors.
